Overview

This project comprises 10 independent living units designed for a community of older residents living independently in their own detached dwellings. These residences are situated within the broader landscape of an adjacent aged care facility which provides in-home support and care as needed, as well as emergency support on call.

The dwellings are designed to accommodate the specific and evolving needs of aging individuals, meeting the Gold Livable Housing standard. A comprehensive suite of features has been incorporated to ensure a supportive, well-serviced, safe, and comfortable community.

Collaboration with our commercial client was essential to meet their strict requirements for construction affordability, durability, and high functionality. The resulting project not only addresses the needs of the residents but also aligns with the commercial objectives.

The project was successfully tendered and is currently under construction, with completion anticipated in mid-2025.
